# Reporting Issues

If you're experiencing issues with objkt.com please follow the steps below:

Before reporting an issue please make sure you have done the following:

### **1. Check the Product Guide / Docs**

Check here in the Product Guide to make sure that you're doing everything correctly. If you can't find something please use the search at the top. Only when you are sure you're doing everything correctly proceed with step 2

### 2. Make sure you're signed in

Sometimes you might not be signed in or signed in with the wrong wallet. Make sure that you are signed in with the correct wallet (synced and signed in).

### 3. Clear Cache / Sign in and out

If your error persists, try the following:

* Logout from objkt.com
* Clear your browser cache (really make sure that you cleared it)
* Log back in

in 99% of the cases, this will resolve your issue. So make sure to try this before moving on to the next step.

### 4. Report your issue

When reporting an issue on our Discord, always make sure to include a **link** to the page you're experiencing the issue on and the **wallet address** you're experiencing the issue with
