# Introduction

Hello! 👋 We're objkt, the largest digital art marketplace on the Tezos blockchain. 

We believe art collecting should be fun, simple, and accessible. And since 2021, we've been building our platform to make that happen.

Fast forward to today: creators can tokenize their work and open new streams of income, collectors can explore over 7 million artworks, and curators and galleries can host exclusive digital events on objkt. Operating on the blockchain enables new ways of creating, sharing, and owning digital work—paving the way for a more inclusive art world.
